To Enter
Complete the “Find Yourself/Fund Yourself” quiz available at copperstatecu.org/wild to be entered to win one entry to the $10,000 Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"). Become a member of Copper State Credit Union with $5 in a membership savings account to earn 10 additional entries. 

Eligibility
Contest is open to legal residents of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older as of April 3, 2023. You must be a lawful, permanent resident of the United States to enter. You do not need to be a member of Copper State Credit Union to enter. Copper State Credit Union employees, Board of Directors and employees’ immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Drawing
A total of one drawing will be held on April 28, 2023. The winner will be chosen through a random drawing by Copper State Credit Union from entries received. If the winner refuses or if the prize notification is returned to the credit union as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected. No substitution for prizes is allowed. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received. Members or referrals will receive more entries but will not otherwise have increased chances of selection.

Prize
A total of one (1) $10,000.00 prize will be awarded to one (1) randomly selected winner. The winner will be contacted by May 15, 2023. Winnings will be deposited into the winner’s savings account or disbursed via check. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes where applicable. Copper State Credit Union may report the value of the prizes on IRS form 1099-MISC. Name, Address and Social Security Number verification required for prize disbursement. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes may and can change at any time.

Prize Notification
Potential winner will be notified via the email with which they signed up. Three attempts will be made by Copper State Credit Union to contact the potential winner regarding their prize. If no contact is made, Copper State Credit Union reserves the right to randomly select another potential winner.

Limitation of Liability and Reserved Rights
Copper State Credit Union and its agents are not responsible for any printing errors, typographical errors, technical malfunctions, damages or difficulties in the printing, publication of the offer, in the submission of any entry or in the notification to winner(s). Copper State Credit Union and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected entries not received by the deadline. Copper State Credit Union reserves the right to modify or cancel this Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online.

Choice of Law/Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Arizona located in the county of Maricopa for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Giveaway. To extent permissible by law, no class action claims may be pursued or consolidated in the same actions without prior consent of Copper State Credit Union. Any award is limited to actual damages and shall not include lost profits, consequential damages or punitive damages.

Additional Terms
All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law or where disclosures are required in addition to those required by Arizona law. If for any reason, this contest is not capable of running as planned, Copper State Credit Union reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry or entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, or suspend the contest and, at its sole discretion, to award prizes from among all eligible entries validly received prior to the action requiring such modification. Copper State Credit Union retains the right to alter, modify, delete or add any rules or regulations at any time, either listed above or not specifically mentioned, as seen fit within the scope of the law.

Official Rules
Entrants/winner agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Copper State Credit Union and/or Copper State Credit Union’s representatives on the operation of the Sweepstakes and award of the prize, which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, and Copper State Credit Union's interpretation of the Sweepstakes process, shall prevail, govern and control.
