We are thrilled to be partnering with Be A Leader for their 17th Annual "Taking Steps Towards College Success Summit" on Monday, September 22, 2025 at the Phoenix Convention Center.

Be A Leader Foundation believes that every student, regardless of their socioeconomic status, deserves the opportunity to pursue higher education and build a prosperous future. By sponsoring the Resource Fair at the 2025 Summit, we will provide on-site engagement with over 1,500 students to raise awareness about Copper State Credit Union, provide financial education, and promote our 2025 $5,000 higher education scholarship.

Through this sponsorship, we will:

• Make a significant impact on high school students' lives by supporting their college goals.
• Gain visibility as a community-focused organization dedicated to youth development and education.
• Demonstrate a commitment to promoting equal access to higher education.

MetroTech High School

We are passionate about financial education and believe it strengthens our community. Through our partnership, we have opened a student-run branch at Metro Tech High School to provide students with the opportunity to learn about financial topics.

Students gain real-life experience by going through an application and interview process. Selected students have an employee mentor who trains them on the day-to-day responsibilities as a branch employee.

We are honored that several of the students have chosen to continue their career journey with us as full-time Copper State CU employees.

The Foster Alliance (Formerly Arizona Helping Hands)

For the past 11 years, we have proudly supported The Foster Alliance by providing much needed donations and awareness throughout the holiday season. We have delivered over one million diapers with the help of our amazing staff, Board of Directors, community, partners and members like you.
Phoenix Children's Hospital

Over the past several years, our Copper State CU team has supported the children of PCH and their families by illuminating hope and healing to the patients battling illness and injury during the holiday season.
