Financial Education Scholarship - Get $1000 for Higher Education From Copper State CU
Copper State Credit Union will award several scholarships in the amount of $1,000 to high school seniors or individuals completing a GED in their quest for higher education. The scholarship award is based on high school academic standing, as well as school and community involvement.
Our scholarship applies to any beauty or technical school, vocational school, community college, associates' program or four-year university, as long as the student is accepted and enrolled to begin within the next calendar year.
Qualifications
Applicant must:
1. Have completed Banzai Teen and/or Banzai Plus financial education simulation games.
2. Hold a minimum 2.5 cumulative high school grade point average (GPA).
3. Be accepted at a college or technical school within the United States and must begin school as a full-time freshman within one calendar year.

Scholarship applications will be reviewed and winners selected by early June 2022.
The Selection Committee will be made up of the following: Copper State Credit Union employees, leadership team, and board of directors.
The Selection Committee’s decisions are final.
Scholarship funds awarded will be payable for tuition and books, and will be made payable to the college or technical school by Copper State Credit Union.
Winners agree to allow Copper State Credit Union to use their name and photo in various marketing methods at their sole discretion.
Completed application form and all supporting materials must be received by no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, April 29, 2022.
Copper State Credit Union will not be responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail.
Failure to follow all instructions may result in your application being disqualified.
